Graphic Designer

Our cutting-edge digital lending platform provides businesses with fast, secure, and transparent access to finance. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help define Lendo's visual identity across all channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence. If you're a creative, detail-oriented designer with a passion for FinTech and product marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain brand visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Define and execute the brand style guidelines for internal and external use.
  • Design engaging social media visuals that reflect brand tone and personality.
  • Create product marketing education materials to educate businesses and investors.
  • Design compelling digital ads creatives for performance campaigns.
  • Develop landing pages for product launches and marketing campaigns, with a focus on conversion.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-impact marketing assets.
  • Support video and multimedia needs; motion graphics experience is a plus.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in fintech, product marketing, or SaaS.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in landing page design using Figma or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital ads and creative best practices.
  • Knowledge of UX / UI principles to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Motion graphics experience is a plus (After Effects or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
