Job description:
Job Purpose
To design and deliver visually compelling graphics that align with the organization's branding and communication goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to produce creative solutions for digital and print media, ensuring high-quality designs that meet project requirements and enhance the organization's visual presence.
Key Accountability Areas
Visual Design & Creativity:
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website content.
- Apply corporate identity guidelines to all projects, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Determine styles and techniques to achieve desired results while meeting production requirements.
- Review all work before printing to ensure quality and accuracy.
Client Collaboration & Communication:
- Meet with clients or marketing managers to discuss job objectives and requirements.
- Understand client needs and develop designs accordingly.
- Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs based on client input.
Branding & Implementation:
- Implement designs or assign artworks for execution, ensuring adherence to branding standards.
- Oversee production by visiting printing facilities to ensure quality.
Tools & Technology:
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality work.
- Stay updated with trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design and apply them to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Organize and archive design assets systematically for easy access.

- Maintain updated skills related to the job.

- Perform activities to meet operational and development targets as per schedules.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Photography, or relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
Technical/Functional Competencies
- Proficiency in advertising design, market research, planning, and situation analysis.
