Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling assessment reports, KPI dashboards, and analytical presentations. This role requires a creative individual with strong proficiency in reporting tools, infographic design, and advanced presentation software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Design:

• Create visually appealing and effective assessment reports.
• Design KPI dashboards that clearly communicate key metrics.
• Develop analytical presentations that are both informative and engaging.

1. Infographic Design:

• Design infographics to represent complex data in a simplified and visually appealing manner.
• Ensure infographics are consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization needs.

1. Reporting Tools:

• Utilize advanced reporting tools to create detailed and accurate reports.
• Ensure reports are visually compelling and easy to understand.
• Continuously improve reporting templates and formats.

1. Presentation Software:

• Develop advanced presentations using software such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or other relevant tools.
• Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance presentations.
• Ensure presentations are tailored to the audience and effectively communicate the intended message.

• Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs.
• Provide design support for various projects and initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.

• Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of all design outputs.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent skills in infographic design and data visualization.
• Advanced knowledge of presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
