We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, with a particular strength in creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate ideas and messages.
• Develop custom graphics, templates, and layouts that align with brand guidelines, client requirements, business managers and project managers.
• Ensure consistency in design across all presentation materials, maintaining a high standard of visual quality.
• Assist in the design and production of various marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support project goals.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all design work, ensuring consistency in look and feel across all materials.
• Regularly update and refine templates, styles, and design elements to keep materials fresh and aligned with current brand standards.

Qualifications :

2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on PowerPoint presentation design.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,etc.) is a plus.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail in design work, especially in PowerPoint presentations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design choices and collaborate effectively with team members.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail, ensuring all design work is polished and professional.

Ability to take directions and work independently, while also being a proactive team player.
