A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content and packaging designs. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and accuracy while maintaining branding standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of graphic design experience, particularly in packaging for pharmaceuticals.
1. Job Objective:
1.1 Responsible for creating high-quality visual content and pharmaceutical packaging designs that align with branding, regulatory requirements, and product specifications.
2. Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
2.1 Design pharmaceutical packaging materials (boxes, blisters, labels, leaflets)
2.2 Develop visual content for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media posts.
2.3 Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, QA, and Production teams to ensure artwork accuracy and compliance.
2.4 Prepare and finalize artwork for printing, ensuring proper resolution, alignment, and print specifications.
2.5 Maintain and update product artworks based on regulatory or market changes.
2.6 Ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms and product lines.
2.7 Manage and archive artwork files in an organized, traceable manner.
2.8 Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality and consistency in final packaging output.
2.9 Report any artwork-related quality issues to QA and follow proper documentation procedures.
2.10 Participate in internal audits or SFDA inspections related to labeling and artwork documentation.

4.1 Special Professional Experience:
4.1.1 Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
4.1.2 Experience with pharmaceutical packaging design and regulatory artwork requirements.
4.2 General Professional Experience:
4.2.1 Strong background in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
4.2.2 Experience working with printing houses and understanding pre-press standards.
5. Core Competencies:
5.1 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in layout and design.
5.2 Solid understanding of packaging design, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
5.3 Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
5.4 Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
5.5 Knowledge of Arabic and English is preferred for bilingual packaging.
