Job Purpose
The Specialist, Marketing (UI/UX & Graphic Designer) is responsible for translating Starlinks’ brand vision into impactful visual communications across digital and print platforms. This role will focus on creating user-centered designs, enhancing UI/UX experiences, and developing marketing materials that support internal and external communications. The position requires both creative vision and technical proficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to uphold and evolve the Starlinks brand.
Main Job Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Brand Development
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs that reflect brand standards across the web, mobile, social media, print, and internal platforms
- Evolve and maintain the visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Translate marketing strategies into visual narratives and experiences that resonate with key audiences
2. UI/UX & Digital Design.
- Conduct UI/UX audits to identify website and platform improvement areas
- Design and enhance user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD
- Collaborate with developers and digital teams to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
3. Presentation & Communication Collateral
- Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for leadership, internal communications, and client-facing decks
- Develop visuals for internal campaigns and organizational communications
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments (e.g., HR, Commercial, Operations) to deliver creative solutions
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to visual standards and creative quality
- Proactively contribute design recommendations to support marketing and corporate initiatives
- Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field
Specific Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD or Figma)
- Demonstrated experience in website auditing, UI/UX improvement, and responsive design principles
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint presentation design and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for social media platforms and other digital channels
