Reports Directly to:


  • Marketing and Head of Climate Change & Policy

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts of design requests from end users and present ideas
  • Coordinate and produce a variety of design elements in marketing material for Alpin services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand identity, target audience, and market positioning
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute operational reporting, technical reports, proposals, and presentations based on client branding
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including logos and typography
  • Translate technical data into illustrations, infographics, and other designs using software
  • Assemble final layouts for reports and provide graphic design
  • Collaborate with marketing coordinator or project manager to produce final design
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices and apply them to our brand design strategies and tactics

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • A strong eye for visual composition
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign with a strong track record of delivering high-quality visual assets aligned with brand and data insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Arabic speaker is a plus
  • Video editing skills are a plus
