We have exciting opportunities for Civil Engineering Graduates (Urban Civil) for our 2025 GDP intake. Starting within our Urban Civils team and supported by passionate mentors, you will get involved in:

• Carrying out detailed design work and documentation under supervision
• Contributing to the delivery of projects
• Liaising with supervisors, draftspersons, and other specialists on issues relating to the designated tasks and the delivery of designated work on packages and projects
• Assisting in the preparation of specifications, proposals, and other documents under supervision

As a graduate employee at RBG Group, you will have the opportunity to participate in a quarterly rotation schedule across all business functions, allowing you to experience various aspects of Civil Engineering (Urban Civil) and gain an appreciation for other technical components of a multidisciplinary project.
