We are seeking a Junior Talent Partnerships Associate to join our MENA team in Riyadh. This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to build and nurture relationships with celebrities and content creators. You will collaborate with creators to help them understand Snapchat’s platform and unlock their creative potential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify emerging talent on various platforms and on Snapchat.
• Support outreach efforts and nurture relationships with high-impact creators.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop creator marketing materials.
• Organize in-person events such as office visits and creator conventions.
• Assist creators in content opportunities and monetization strategies.
• Connect emerging Snap Stars with cross-functional opportunities.
• Support operations related to the pipeline of new Snap Stars and tracking projects.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and share best practices with emerging talent.
• Support seeding programs in priority markets and help build reports and presentations.
• Contribute to projects aimed at the international growth of creators.
