Job description

The organization is a flagship gigaproject under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, aimed at creating an innovative entertainment, cultural, and lifestyle destination. As a Graduate – External Programs, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on the implementation of external regulatory frameworks, local content requirements, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. This entry-level position involves supporting the team's efforts in compliance, assessment, and reporting while gaining valuable experience in stakeholder engagement and the operational landscape of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Implementation of Strategic Initiatives

· Assist in the implementation of local content and ESG principles across various projects and operations aligned with organizational goals.

· Monitor and report on compliance with government policies, providing insights and recommendations.

· Contribute to the preparation of documentation and reports associated with local content and ESG compliance.

2. Engagement with Suppliers

· Support initiatives aimed at developing local suppliers and promoting compliance with procurement requirements.

· Collaborate with the team to assist suppliers in understanding and meeting local content stipulations and ESG expectations.

3. Collaboration and Networking

· Engage with various internal departments to facilitate information sharing and compliance efforts.

· Assist in maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and suppliers, to promote collaborative efforts.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· 0-2 years of relevant experience in compliance, policy analysis, or supplier development through internships or academic projects.

· Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly.

· Proficiency in English is required; basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

· A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.

· An understanding of the local business environment in Saudi Arabia and a passion for contributing to the Vision 2030 initiative are advantageous.
