Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

You’ll work shifts at one of our operational sites. Your primary focus will be maintaining safety standards within your team and site, monitoring process efficiency, and managing daily operational tasks. You will also handle escalations, work on process improvements, and participate in operational contingency planning.

As a key member of the operations team, you'll collaborate with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analyzing data and performance metrics with business leaders and discussing technical improvements with engineers.

About The Team

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations seeks an experienced Operations Lead with a proven track record of results. The team is dedicated to redefining fast delivery, building, and managing this new service for our customers, including overseeing 3P Store Operations.

Basic Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), completed before the start date
• Proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language
• Experience in data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications are not required but are a plus:

• Experience communicating with stakeholders, peers, and leadership
• Experience in a logistics environment
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
