Reporting Manager Title: Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
  2. Perform reconciliations of accounts
  3. Support month-end and year-end close processes
  4. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  5. Collaborate with other departments on budgeting and forecasting
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  5. Willingness to learn and grow within the role
