The Purpose of the Role

• Understand the basics of low current systems and life safety systems by reading codes and standards.
• Interpret technical RFPs, SLDs, and SOWs.
• Understand project and service basics and different business models.
• Support the team in generating more spot/spare leads and value-selling RFQs through early engagement and specifier activities.
• Work as an active team member and contribute to knowledge sharing and learning.
• Achieve objectives related to contract performance, billable hours, productivity, and process compliance.
• Deliver services on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and address related issues proactively.
• Review VOC feedback and take appropriate actions.
• Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Not employed or registered in GOSI in the last six months.
• Not currently employed.
• Have not previously participated in the Tamheer program.
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Participate in estimate reviews and risk assessments prior to jobs or contracts.
• Properly resource service contracts, additional works, and small projects.
