Purpose


The Sales Manager for the Government Segment will manage and drive revenue growth within the government and royal affairs markets. Responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of all sales operations.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government and royal clients, serving as the main contact for key accounts.
  • Manage all sales activities related to the Government & Royal Affairs segment, including inquiries, negotiations, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of bookings, VIP visits, and events.
  • Supervise and mentor the Sales Coordinator, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Create and analyze sales reports and forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Represent the hotel at sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Maintain organized client files and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Follow up on amenities, upgrades, and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work with the Director of Sales on marketing strategies and campaigns for the segment.
  • Be flexible with work hours to meet business and client needs.
  • Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about hotel promotions and events relevant to the government market.
  • Handle purchase orders, office supplies, and collateral as per company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
  • Respond effectively to emergency or safety situations.
