Director of Recruitment & Projects | Strategic Sales & Business Development Advisor

CCL Global are collaborating with a global energy company to recruit an Outreach & Government Relations Manager to work in Dammam in KSA.

This person will play an integral role for our client and their growth in Saudi Arabia, centered around fostering strategic partnerships with key government stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. You will engage in meaningful projects that drive localisation, training, and development initiatives, ensuring that our interests are well-represented in governmental discussions. Collaborating with a diverse team, you will navigate complex regulations and maintain strong internal communications, all while contributing to our clients mission of sustainable growth and innovation.

Duties:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key government stakeholders (HRSD, MOFA, MOI).
  • Establish partnerships with government, educational, and private sector entities on people-related topics.
  • Drive initiatives focused on localisation, training, and development.
  • Represent the company at relevant meetings and events.
  • Manage tasks and transactions on government platforms, including visa processing.
  • Advise on governmental laws and regulations to protect the companies interests.

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, government relations, or public relations, with at least 3 years in a multinational organization.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different locations.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and government processes.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
