Job Responsibilities
- Advise on Saudi labor laws and related regulations to ensure HR policies align with legal standards.
- Monitor updates in corporate and regulatory laws, providing regular reports to management to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Prepare monthly reports on legal issues, compliance matters, and operational procedures.
- Support applications and renewals for business licenses and registrations; handle submissions and retain all notarized/authenticated documents.
- Manage notarization and legalization of company documents for legal and commercial use in line with local and international standards.
- Assist with work permit and visa applications/renewals for expatriates; facilitate communication with Saudi authorities on employment matters.
- Liaise with government agencies to address company matters promptly and maintain records of all interactions.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance evaluations in line with organizational needs.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, etc.) in compliance with regulations.
- Manage payroll-related tasks, including salary calculations and clarifications.
Job Requirements
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., labor/corporate law) are a plus.
2. Experience:
- Solid experience in legal compliance, particularly with Saudi labor and corporate regulations.
- Background in handling permits, registrations, and legal documentation in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with expatriate visa and work permit processes is desirable.
3. Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong command of Saudi labor and corporate laws.
- Thorough understanding of compliance and risk management.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
- High accuracy in document handling and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of global standards in legal documentation practices.
4. Personal Traits:
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
