Job description

Summary

Support the overall activities of Government Relation functions to achieve its mission, goals, and objectives, and to enhance its existing systems, processes, and productivity.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Prepare and obtain approved applications for any required processing (Iqama, visas, etc.). This entails staying at the Passport Administration from the time the application is submitted until the process is completed and documents are returned.
  2. Ensure that all details and addressing errors in the system for residency permits, visas, or other related matters are properly corrected.
  3. Ensure that visas and Iqamas are checked, and registration is accurately completed in the Oracle System.
  4. Ensure the validity of visas required for employees/dependents to comply with hospital regulations.
  5. Ensure passports and Iqamas are properly stored and secured in the Passport Saving Room.
  6. Guide and act as a resource person for Passport Representatives and Clerks within the Government Relations Department, and for other hospital staff regarding departmental matters.
  7. Be responsible for employees' and dependents' passports/Iqamas taken to Riyadh Passport Administration for all required transactions.
  8. Follow and implement government-required procedures in all received transactions.
  9. Maintain effective public relations with all concerned parties and with government offices to facilitate hospital business.
  10. Follow all hospital policies and procedures.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline is required.

Experience Required

Grade 08: One (1) year of related experience is required.

Grade 09: Three (3) years of related experience, including two (2) years of Grade 08 experience, is required.
