OVERVIEW
The Governance Div. focuses on how the organization is led and managed. The Governance Div refers to maintaining honest and transparent accounting practices and regulatory compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and prioritize the company’s Governance material topics, planning and development of sustainability strategy and implementation roadmap.
- Track performance of Governance programs across the company.
- Coordinate with business lines and other corporate functions to manage deployment of Governance programs.
- Coordinate with communications department to develop and implement sustainability disclosure and communication strategies with internal and external stakeholders groups.
- Leads governance initiatives in line with the integrated ESG strategy to meet environmental targets in line with the corporate strategy and CEO ambition.
- Coordinate with team developing Corporate Strategy to provide ESG-related inputs to help shape Corporate Strategy and receive inputs to help shape ESG Strategy in alignment with Corporate Strategy.
- Develops KPIs and collects governance data across the business to measure and track progress towards targets.
- Partakes in strategic governance decision making and liaise with other departments to ensure governance issues are tackled across the business.
- Provides governance-related SME inputs and pushes for governance innovation.
- Develop and publish the company sustainability Annual report.
- Works closely with the Generation, Risk and Compliance, and Legal Affairs departments amongst others.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Economics, Business, Engineering or Related Field.
- Knowledge of governance sustainability.
- Governance knowledge in the development of ESG Relevant policies, standards, and frameworks.
- GRI certification.
- Training courses in ESG.
