Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and reliable Saudi national with at least 2 years of experience in administrative and goverment liaison roles.

The ideal candidate will support our Riyadh office in handling official communications, documents processing, and translation tasks with Saudi goverment agencies and military clients. Previous experience working with Korean companies or foreign branch in Saudi is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

1.Government Liaison Support

  • Liaise with goverment department and agencies in Saudi Arabia
  • Review, prepare, and submit official documents; coordinate notarization and certification processes
  • Process and carry out legal matter related to visas, permits, and licenses, and maintain and monitoring government portals and regulations
  • Assist in tax-related processes such as VAT filing and document submisstion

2.Military Correspondence Handling

  • Translate official letters and documents for submission to the Royal Saudi Armed Forces and Ministry fo Defense
  • Submit and collect official correspondences from military authorities

3.Interpretation and Communcation in Arabic/English

  • Provide verbal interpretation during meetings or communications with military clients
  • Serve as a communication bridge between Arabic-speaking officials and Korean/non-Arabic stakeholders

Skills

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Translation, or related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or government relations
  3. Native Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
  4. Familiarity with Saudi administrative procedures and government portals (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA) and laws
  5. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information

Preferred

  1. Experience in defense industry, military administration, or government liaison
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  3. Prior experience working with Korean companies or foreign branch office in Saudi Arabia
