Job description

Responsibilities and description of tasks:

  • Handle government sales & tendering in Saudi Arabia.
  • Supervise hospital care sales invoicing.
  • Submit invoices, financial claims, and official letters to assigned customers by all required means.
  • Handle filing of invoices, delivery notes, and support documents after customer acknowledgment.
  • Be responsible for customer communication.
  • Provide weekly reports to management.
  • Issue loan documents & maintain loan data.
  • Be responsible for the collection of zero/low rotation cylinders.
  • Handle cylinder loan reconciliation and confirm with customers.
  • Supervise and manage customer deliveries.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • You must have a minimum bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • You need to be a self-motivated person, placing your clients as the end destination for all your sales actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and oversee daily sales activities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze market gaps and knowledge of product placement within the identified market.
