Senior Sales Manager – Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a leading innovator in satellite-enabled 5G communication, specializing in IoT connectivity solutions. Their cutting-edge solutions are set to revolutionize sectors such as Oil & Gas, Maritime, Industry 4.0, and Transportation by enabling seamless asset tracking and connectivity in remote and underserved regions.

Location: Riyadh

Contract Type: Permanent

Saudi National or a Transferable Iqama

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring alignment with revenue growth targets.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing sales pipeline, driving above-market growth and exceeding revenue and backlog objectives, with a focus on the EMEA region.
  • Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies based on location, sector, and service offerings.
  • Provide market intelligence insights to support business planning and product/service expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Close high-value deals by effectively translating complex technical solutions into clear business advantages.
  • Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and contribute to the broader strategic vision.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and business development within the satellite communications sector, specifically in L/S-Band solutions.
  • Proven ability to secure new business across the EMEA region, with expertise in industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Maritime, and Transportation.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong hunter mentality and the ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and independently closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in developing and executing business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance external client engagements and internal alignment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent English required.
