Global Private Equity Deal Analysis Professional, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate / VP to join a rapidly growing investment risk team based in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on supporting the relevant investment teams with all investment deal risk analysis and advisory activities. These professionals will work alongside all relevant global investment teams. The role will be based full-time in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Assess investment risk associated with new deals on a standalone basis and their contribution to the risk of the associated pool.
• Perform regular portfolio monitoring in line with investment procedures.
• Conduct deep-dive risk analysis on sensitive investments and during crisis situations requiring additional analysis.
• Collaborate with relevant investment teams to balance risk oversight and advisory functions.
• Review due diligence reports, financial model assumptions, and investment memos for various transactions.

Your Profile

• Experience in investment risk within private equity, risk consulting with exposure to private assets, or data science with portfolio modeling experience.
• Degree from a top-tier university; Masters and/or CFA preferred.
• Experience reviewing due diligence reports, financial models, and investment memos.
• Knowledge of systems such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Power BI/Tableau, Preqin, PitchBook, etc.
• Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Saudi Arabia.
