Confidential in Riyadh seeks a Procurement Manager to lead global sourcing, vendor management and purchasing operations for luxury and exclusive products, ensuring timely, cost‑effective supply across divisions.

You will negotiate contracts, oversee team and budgets, manage import/export and maintain vetted supplier networks while upholding discretion and quality standards. Requires 7+ years of procurement, strong Arabic/English, and a proven cost‑optimisation track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; procurement certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement or vendor management experience, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or private household environment.
• Proven experience sourcing high-end, exclusive or bespoke products locally and internationally.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively research, identify, evaluate, and manage all vendors for local and international luxury products, goods and services.
• Negotiate new contracts, pricing, terms and conditions, and implement contracts to secure best value and efficient delivery while maintaining discretion.
• Maintain and update a vetted vendor network and database across relevant categories and regions.
• Evaluate vendor performance and provide recommendations for changes to improve value and suitability.
• Attend major international luxury trade fairs and events to negotiate or sign vendor agreements on the spot.
