Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with advisory leadership experience.
• Proven experience engaging C-level executives (CISO, CIO, CTO).
• Deep knowledge of threat detection, SOC/MDR, cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust, data protection.
• Strong grasp of global/regional compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, RBI, CERT-In, DPDP).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to enterprise clients and guide security transformation.
• Lead executive-level discussions, architecture reviews, and roadmap sessions (Zero Trust, cloud security).
• Support sales and account teams in shaping large, complex engagements.
• Represent Theron Solutions as a thought leader at events and client forums.
• Collaborate with sales/pre-sales to influence deal strategy and demonstrate technical value.
