Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Assembly Inspector, your day will begin with a review of production schedules and inspection plans to ensure quality checks align with operational requirements. You will conduct in-process quality spot checks on semi-finished products, collaborating closely with technicians to address non-conformance issues promptly. Your role involves guiding and training production line staff, documenting inspection results, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives that support Siemens Energy's commitment to excellence.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Understanding of drawings, including three-view diagrams, tools, machinery, and assembly processes.
  • Fitting, aligning, and securing parts using screws, bolts, adhesives, or other fasteners.
  • Performing basic functional tests on assembled items to ensure proper operation.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free assembly area.
  • Adhering to workplace safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Working efficiently to meet daily or hourly production targets.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in component or final assembly; GIS assembly experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Crane operation license.
  • Technical education background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
