Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for leading sales strategies, plans, and budgets for assigned Giga Accounts, driving consultative sales approaches, and owning Profit & Loss targets. They will identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and ensure deals are closed in STC's best interest. The role holder will monitor sales performance, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction. They will also drive business development, develop concepts, and support the sales team in closing deals.
The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • People Management Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and support the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary for effective consultative selling.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other departments to ensure alignment and achievement of sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Mentor team members to build their expertise in handling Giga Accounts and large-scale opportunities.
  • Ensure that the team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions that meet client needs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and managing the sales pipeline effectively.

Experience & Education

  • 8-10 years of experience, with prior experience in Giga Accounts Management.
  • Bachelor Degree; Masters Degree in Business Administration or Sales preferred.
