A leading company in the Telecom industry is seeking a Sales Lead responsible for managing Giga Accounts. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and driving business development to achieve sales goals. Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for leading sales strategies, plans, and budgets for assigned Giga Accounts, driving consultative sales approaches, and owning Profit & Loss targets. They will identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and ensure deals are closed in STC's best interest. The role holder will monitor sales performance, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction. They will also drive business development, develop concepts, and support the sales team in closing deals.
The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
