A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Sales Manager for Giga Accounts to drive sales strategies and oversee a team. This role involves managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Candidates should possess extensive experience in sales management, particularly with high-profile accounts, and hold relevant educational qualifications.
Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for leading sales strategies, plans, and budgets for assigned Giga Accounts, driving consultative sales approaches, and owning Profit & Loss targets. They will identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and ensure deals are closed in stc’s best interest. The role holder will monitor sales performance, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction. They will also drive business development, develop concepts, and support the sales team in closing deals.
The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
