Misferco is looking for an experienced geologist to lead mineral exploration and maximize extraction tactics by conducting thorough geological analyses. In order to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainability in mining operations for our products (Limestone, Silica Sand, Marble, Salt, and Kaolin), the perfect applicant will be crucial to resource appraisal, risk reduction, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To find mineral resources and determine their commercial potential, carry out thorough geological surveys utilizing cutting-edge mapping technologies.
2. To maximize extraction methods and reduce environmental effects, conduct structural and geochemical analyses.
3. Create geo-modeling simulations to improve resource planning and forecast accuracy for sustained operational success.
4. To guarantee adherence to industry’s best practices, work closely with metallurgists, mining engineers, and regulatory agencies.
5. Implement precise sample plans to enhance mineral classification and exploration precision.
6. To promote proactive decision-making and operational efficiency, put in place real-time geological monitoring systems.
7. To maintain best practices, make sure that all Saudi mining laws, environmental rules, and safety standards are fully followed.
8. Oversee technical reports and presentations, giving stakeholders and management insights.
9. To improve operational excellence, stay up to date on developments in exploration technology, AI-driven mineral analysis, and geological science.

Skills:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology Sciences.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in mineral exploration and geological assessment within Saudi Arabia.
3. Expertise in geospatial tools, 3D modeling software, and geological data interpretation.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to operational efficiency.
5. Willingness to travel to remote sites and manage field teams under varying conditions.
6. Valid driver’s license.
7. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
