This includes services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and other basic mechanical work. The technician must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quick service tasks including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid level checks and refills, battery replacements, and light mechanical repairs.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings to the service advisor.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Ensure proper documentation of services performed.
• Follow all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Stay up to date with current automotive technology and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in automotive service or related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
