As General Manager, I will fully understand the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Duties and Responsibilities

As General Manager, I assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the resort/hotel, delivering exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand standards and budget. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and maintaining an inclusive work environment, fostering an open and respectful culture.
2. Ensuring all hosts adopt and follow Six Senses standards of service and operation to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
3. Establishing and delivering financial targets related to revenue, profitability, and ROIC.
4. Instilling a revenue-focused approach, engaging all hosts in driving revenue opportunities and maximizing ROI while providing extraordinary guest experiences.
5. Overseeing marketing, sales, and public relations strategies.
6. Preparing annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to forecast budgets and achieve operational results.
7. Ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, financial, security, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role, the candidate must have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

1. A degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, or relevant education.
2. Minimum 5 years as a General Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
3. At least 10 years of leadership experience, or holding a No. 2 position such as Hotel Manager or Resort Manager at a Six Senses property.
4. Proven expertise in managing luxury F&B operations is a plus.
5. Pre-opening hotel experience in a GM role is preferred.
6. Experience in remote locations; Middle East experience is an advantage.
7. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
8. Understanding and embodying the Six Senses Pillars of Wellness, Sustainability, and Out of the Ordinary.
