As a GeneralManager, you will oversee daily operations, team performance, and financial outcomes across multiple outlets. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with the Saudi Group’s strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Define and drive the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic direction.

  • Oversee daily operations across all restaurants to ensure efficiency, quality, and achievement of business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage P&L, control costs, and maximize profitability.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing executive team across Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions.

  • Direct the opening of new locations, lead brand development initiatives, and strengthen market presence.

  • Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, partners, and investors through regular communication and reporting.

  • Establish and track KPIs across departments to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure all operations align with local laws, health standards, and industry regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:
