This is a unique opportunity for an experienced General Manager in the luxury and lifestyle sector to oversee the pre-opening and opening of the Regent hotel, one of our most prestigious ultra-luxury brands. Located on the Jeddah Corniche, a 30km coastal area along the Red Sea, the hotel will offer an unparalleled guest experience.

We seek a leader with extensive experience in ultra-luxury hotels, capable of representing the Regent brand with creativity and innovation. Your role will involve delivering a luxurious guest experience, positioning the brand effectively in the market, and driving commercial success.

You should be a natural leader, able to motivate your team and foster a culture of innovation, aligned with ongoing regional development.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing guest engagement strategies to elevate the Regent experience
• Building strong relationships with owners, clients, and stakeholders
• Leading and managing a new team, recruiting, and performance management
• Implementing initiatives to improve financial performance
• Fostering guest loyalty programs and community relations
• Overseeing the pre-opening and opening phases, maximizing financial and operational performance
