Job Description:
The General Manager of Strategy will play a pivotal role within the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the organization. This position will ensure alignment with long-term objectives while driving innovation and operational excellence throughout the Strategic Office for Developing Albaha Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Formulate and execute the strategic vision and objectives in close collaboration with senior leadership. Conduct thorough market analyses to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Operational Oversight:
- Direct the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring they align seamlessly with organizational goals. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and drive performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate the progress and performance of strategic initiatives to the executive team and board of directors.
- Innovation Development:
- Propel innovation by identifying and adopting best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility within the organization.
- Team Leadership:

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic management, with a proven record of leadership excellence.
