Job Description:

The General Manager of Strategy will play a pivotal role within the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the organization. This position will ensure alignment with long-term objectives while driving innovation and operational excellence throughout the Strategic Office for Developing Albaha Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Formulate and execute the strategic vision and objectives in close collaboration with senior leadership. Conduct thorough market analyses to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Direct the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring they align seamlessly with organizational goals. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and drive performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate the progress and performance of strategic initiatives to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Innovation Development:
  • Propel innovation by identifying and adopting best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility within the organization.
  • Team Leadership:
