As they continue to expand their footprint in the Middle East, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hands-on General Manager to lead their flagship operations in Jeddah, KSA.

The Opportunity:

As General Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the success and strategic direction of the Jeddah boutique. You will oversee all business operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure that the client journey is executed with the brand’s world-class precision and elegance. Your leadership will directly impact boutique performance, team engagement, and long-term client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Commercial Leadership

  • Own full P&L responsibility, driving sales, profitability, and boutique performance in line with regional targets
  • Define and implement local strategies that reflect both market insights and global brand vision
  • Monitor commercial KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and seize new business opportunities within the luxury retail landscape

Client Experience & Relationship Building

  • Set the benchmark for exceptional service delivery, ensuring a seamless, personalised experience for each client
  • Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, social figures, and HNWIs, deepening engagement and enhancing retention
  • Lead the boutique team in executing clienteling strategies and personalised outreach to elevate the overall customer journey

Leadership & People Management

  • Inspire, develop, and lead a team of luxury retail professionals—fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and passion
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews while identifying and nurturing top talent
  • Create a motivating environment that reflects the brand’s values, culture, and high standards

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure full compliance with all brand procedures, including inventory management, stock control, visual merchandising, and operational reporting
  • Maintain a flawless boutique environment, both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), in line with global guidelines
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support CRM, marketing, visual, and HR functions

Brand Representation

  • Act as a true brand ambassador—representing the maison with sophistication at the store level and high-profile events
  • Cultivate meaningful partnerships with external stakeholders, stylists, and influencers within the region

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in luxury retail, with at least 3–5 years in a senior boutique leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving commercial performance in high-end fashion, accessories, or fine jewellery
  • Deep understanding of Middle Eastern clientele and luxury service expectations
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing, customer-focused teams
  • Impeccable presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
