As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive factory performance, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and full alignment with the group’s strategic objectives in the Saudi industrial sector.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Manage end-to-end factory operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Lead teams across production, sales, logistics, and support departments to drive unified performance.
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and client base in Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet all regulatory, safety, and industry compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Analyse operational metrics and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Report directly to executive leadership with updates on performance, risk, and growth opportunities.
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 5 years in a similar leadership position within the industrial manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience managing factories in the valves or industrial accessories industry.
• Solid financial awareness of manufacturing processes, including budgeting and cost control.
• Deep familiarity with the Saudi industrial market, including public and private sector dynamics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operational plans and optimize performance.
