As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive factory performance, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Manage end-to-end factory operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Lead teams across production, sales, logistics, and support departments to drive unified performance.
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and client base in Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet all regulatory, safety, and industry compliance requirements.
