Scope:

Two main verticals:

  1. B2B Sales & Distribution (multiple partner brands, multiple channels)
  2. After-Sales Service (nationwide service center network)
  • Strategic + Operational: From signing exclusive distribution deals to daily service center operations.
  • Reports directly to C-level (COO/CEO).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years in home appliances (distribution + service).
  • At least 5 years in GM, Country Manager, or Head of Division roles.
  • Proven record in brand onboarding & exclusive distribution deals.
  • Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing, market penetration, and channel development.
  • Operational Leadership: Experience in managing multi-location service and sales teams.
  • Languages: Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred.
  • Market Familiarity: Saudi market knowledge is ideal; GCC/MENA exposure beneficial.
