Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations, strategy, and profitability of our Food & Beverage division, specializing in coffee, ice cream, and gelato. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B leadership, with a proven track record in business development, multi-unit operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is critical in shaping the future growth and operational excellence of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for new outlets, partnerships, and regional expansion.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and evolving consumer preferences to adapt offerings accordingly.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring service consistency and quality control.
  • Establish and maintain SOPs for service, product quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize supply chain, inventory management, and vendor performance.

Financial Management

  • Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
  • Drive revenue through effective pricing, menu innovation, and promotional activities.

Team Leadership & Human Resource Development

  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff including baristas, chefs, and service teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and employee retention programs.

Quality Assurance & Customer Experience

  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all outlets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve operational issues promptly.
