Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver warm, professional, and polished service
  • Implement and maintain brand standards and operating procedures
  • Build strong guest relationships, managing feedback and resolving any concerns with grace and efficiency
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistency and excellence in food and beverage delivery
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and profitability targets
  • Manage staffing needs including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within high-end or fine dining environments
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and morale
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Highly organised with a hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and demeanour in line with luxury hospitality standards
