Overview
Lucidya is creating a new AI Agents Business Unit. The General Manager will be responsible for leading this BU with full P&L ownership, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is multi-disciplinary: overseeing product, engineering, solutions consulting, delivery, and go-to-market.
The General Manager is expected to turn AI Agents into a major revenue stream for Lucidya, starting with design partners and moving to scaled productization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & P&L: Define and execute the strategy of deploying the AI Agent business to achieve the profit margins while managing the costs efficiently while fully owning the P&L of the business unit.
- Product & Engineering: Define roadmap, ensure quality of agent platform, coordinate closely with engineering and manage dependencies and collaboration between the 2 teams.
- Market Engagement: Lead discussions with early customers/design partners, build success stories, define use cases.
- Delivery & Support: Oversee implementation of AI agents for customers; ensure time-to-value and service quality to position Lucidya as a market leader in the AI Agents business.
- Go-to-Market: Work with sales, business development & marketing to package, price, and promote AI Agent offerings; build pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small multi-disciplinary team across functions; hire and develop talent.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Commercial mindset: understands revenue, costs, margins; can make trade-offs.
- Strong communication: can present to boards, customers, and internal teams).
- Customer-facing credibility: able to discuss AI capabilities and limitations with C-level clients.
- Operational discipline: sets goals, reviews performance, ensures follow-through.

- Background in Customer Experience (CX), Telecom, Banking, or Government sectors.
- Prior role as GM / Business Unit Head / Country Manager / VP in a SaaS or tech company.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations in KSA (PDPL) and enterprise procurement.
- Connections with regional enterprises, government entities, and system integrators.
- Track record in Saudi/GCC markets, ideally with experience selling to enterprises or government.
