We specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI, Security, Managed Services, and Business Applications, serving enterprises across multiple industries. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic General Manager for Saudi Arabia to drive our business growth, manage client relationships, and lead the functional and sales operations.
Role Overview:
As the General Manager Saudi Arabia, you will play a strategic and operational leadership role, driving sales growth, enhancing client relationships, and overseeing business functions to expand our footprint in the KSA market. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, aligning with company goals, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, customer success, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in KSA, focusing on Microsoft Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
Build and strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients, government entities, and strategic partners.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling/cross-selling solutions, and closing high-value deals.
Work closely with the global sales and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs.
Ensure KSA sales targets are met or exceeded and contribute to the companys regional growth.
2. Functional Leadership & Business Operations
Oversee the functional teams, ensuring alignment between sales, service delivery, and business operations.
Act as the local decision-maker for operational matters, ensuring smooth execution of projects and customer engagements.
Support pre-sales, proposal development, and contract negotiations with enterprise clients.
Work closely with the global leadership team to execute corporate strategies within KSA.
3. Client Relationship Management & Market Expansion
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders in KSA.
Provide market insights to guide the companys expansion strategy in KSA.
Key Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in IT, cloud services, or enterprise technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in Microsoft Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services.
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, regulatory landscape, and business culture.
Excellent client management skills with experience handling large enterprise and government accounts.
Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and service delivery.
