Your Day t Day:


  • Reconcile the house fund daily, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clean, organized safe environment.
  • Open the Front Office safe depository each morning in the presence of a designated Finance team member and the Front Office or Night Manager. Retrieve and verify all deposit envelopes against the deposit log.
  • Immediately report any missing envelopes to the Director of Finance or Financial Controller.
  • Review the contents of each envelope, cross-checking every item against the attached list. Record any discrepancies in the over/short column of the deposit sheet.
  • Promptly escalate any variances to the Income Auditor and Director of Finance / Financial Controller for further investigation.
  • Coordinate with the money exchange provider to convert all foreign currency into local currency in a timely and accurate manner.

Education & Experience:


  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a cashiering, income audit, or general finance role—preferably in the hospitality industry.
