ROLE OVERVIEW

The General Cargo Operations Manager will lead cargo operations, optimizing cargo flows, processes, safety, reporting, budgeting, and managing direct reports.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES

Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years in general cargo roles, with at least 4 years in management
• Project implementation experience is a plus
• Proven leadership in safety, cost, and productivity improvements
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
