The Future Talent Programme is designed for young talents within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position starting in September 2025 at our site in Cairo, Egypt. You will onboard an individual development programme for 18 months, connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the programme, you will participate in training and job rotations across various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Future Talent with us, you'll get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues worldwide. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

Services Account Representative Future Talent Programme

As our next Future Talent, you will develop your commercial skills and gain leading knowledge in an accelerated manner. You will be part of a truly global company with a dynamic, innovative mindset and strong roots in a technological environment. From day one, you will deliver results as a true team member and hold a real position. Your manager will plan your development programme and support you along the way. By the end of the program, you will have gained valuable experience to continue your exciting career within our company.

We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to become the next generation of Services Account Representatives (SAR). You will be the main customer contact for operational service business matters, including managing service contracts, service coordination, and customer support. You will support service sales growth through account management and work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

You will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, but work in a global environment.

What You Will Do
  • Work with orders and coordinate relevant parts and materials
  • Execute purchasing and invoicing activities, collaborating with service administration teams
  • Participate in service contract fulfillment and follow-up, managing scheduling conflicts and scope variations
  • Support communication and planning with customers regarding service and maintenance events, solutions, and kits
  • Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring resolution and proper escalation
  • Support sales teams and customers to achieve desired outcomes
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction and relay feedback to business units

You are results-driven, able to prioritize and deliver effectively. You are a team player with good relationship-building skills, capable of maintaining successful customer relations.

In Addition, You Have
  • A university/bachelor's degree in technical or business disciplines or equivalent
  • Strong focus on productivity and continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset
