Responsibilities

• Collaborates with design and estimation team members to broaden the spectrum of skills and knowledge
• Ensures compliance with company policies
• Ensures the confidentiality of the Company’s information and enhances the Company’s reputation
• Develops visual presentations of client requirements
• Incorporates materials and products specified in the plan
• Attends client meetings with consultants to understand specific requirements of clients
• Generates BOQs from design templates
• Requests suppliers for mock-up products to examine quality and specification requirements
• Assists consultants in specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, flooring, sanitary fixtures, etc.
• Coordinates with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain/update supplier materials and price lists on AE design software

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant degree, from an accredited institution
• 3 years of previous experience in various roles of sales activities
• Proficient user of Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
