Job Summary

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management & Finance, to provide implementation support and manage post-go-live enhancements. The candidate will act as a bridge between the business users and technical team, ensuring system usability and enhancements are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the newly implemented D365 Supply Chain & Finance environment post go-live.
  • Collaborate with business units (BUs) to gather new requirements and work on solution implementation.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and project meetings, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Prioritize and implement new requests and business process enhancements.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between end-users and technical implementation teams.
  • Provide knowledge transfer (KT) and system support to business users.
  • Identify functional gaps and propose appropriate solutions in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, financials, and operations within D365.
  • Demonstrated experience in post-implementation support and enhancement rollouts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and be responsive during working hours, especially in a remote setup.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder interaction and requirement analysis.
