Job description

Short summary of the job: IT Graduate with good academics. Minimum 3 years of Odoo functional experience. Good knowledge of Odoo 9, 10, 11, 12 community and enterprise editions. Must possess a passport & should be willing to travel out of India.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer needs and business processes to map them properly with Odoo.
2. Support customers throughout the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
3. Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual sessions.
4. Optionally, deliver Odoo functional training sessions on-site or online every 2 months for 1 week to train end-users or employees from our customers and partners (8-15 people per session).
5. Support the sales team during pre-sales activities.

Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, analysis, software implementation (not coding/design), or a passion for a career in functional consultation.
• Ability to learn quickly and execute effectively. You will lead important decisions, such as how to create clients' systems. Regular weekly meetings with your manager will support your progress.
• An affinity with the IT world, understanding what an ERP and open source are.
• Excellent planning and communication skills to ensure long-term success with clients.
