3. Be proficient in highlighting, Ombre, and balayage.
4. Be proficient in hairstyles like braiding, pony-tails, and various updos.
5. Collaborate with the rest of the salon staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for clients.
6. Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences.
7. Ensure tidiness of beauty station and tool sterilization.
8. Cross-sell hair products or services when appropriate.
