We are seeking a skilled Full Stack PHP Developer who is passionate about building and optimizing cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development and will enjoy working across the entire software development lifecycle, from designing user-friendly interfaces to developing robust server-side logic. Additionally, this role will involve working closely with the Project Manager as a Project Manager Assistant, collaborating on project timelines, client communication, and ensuring seamless execution of project milestones. You will also be responsible for meeting with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and ensure the successful delivery of projects according to client specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Refactor and reengineer existing systems to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, APIs and development processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project timelines and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to prioritize tasks, manage project risks, and handle client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue)
• Solid experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, etc.) and frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Flask)
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proficiency in English language both written and spoken
