Job Summary:
As a Front Office - Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concierge operations in a hotel or similar establishment. You will ensure excellent customer service, handle guest inquiries and requests, and manage a team of concierge staff.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the concierge team.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests.
3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Assist guests with recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
5. Maintain inventory and stock of necessary supplies for the front office.
6. Train and onboard new concierge staff members.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
8. Uphold hotel policies and procedures at all times.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
