Job Title: Frontend Developer (React)
Company: Management Consulting Firm (Client Confidential)
Position Type: Contract (4 months, possible extension)
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Remote (GCC-based projects, primarily in Saudi Arabia)

We are currently recruiting for a Frontend Developer (React) to support a strategic consulting engagement for a high-impact government transformation initiative in the GCC. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in frontend technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks, with the ability to deliver clean, scalable, and performance-optimized interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Implement Redux or other state management tools to manage application state effectively
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product consultants to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Translate business and functional requirements into well-structured, reusable components
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to web accessibility standards
• Optimize frontend performance and conduct regular code reviews for maintainability and scalability
• Participate in agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and release cycles
• Stay current with emerging frontend trends and propose improvements to design and development processes

Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in frontend development, ideally within consulting or agile project environments
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Redux, TypeScript, and frontend testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus
• Familiarity with modern development tools and build systems (Webpack, Babel, Git)
• Strong attention to UI/UX detail and a passion for building user-centric applications
• Comfortable working with remote teams and aligning with fast-paced delivery cycles
• Prior experience on GCC public-sector or enterprise-level projects is desirable
• Immediate availability with full-time commitment for at least 4 months
